Marc Rosenberg was raised in Houston, Texas and received a duel B.A. in Government and English from the University of Texas. After university, Marc traveled through Europe and Asia, eventually settling in Sydney, Australia, where he was awarded one of four Writers In Residence places at the prestigious Australian Film and TV School. During this period Marc wrote two short films, each winning AFI awards (the Australian equivalent to Academy Awards). Marc was awarded the Australian Writer's Guild Award for "Best Original Screenplay", and the "New South Wales Premier's Award" for outstanding achievement in film. Marc also won an Australian Writer's Guild Award for Best Screen Adaptation. Marc currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Stacy, his son Oscar and daughter, Charlotte.
